Effective 1 NOV 2026. In these terms, "we" means FOIA Warfare LLC, which publishes Muster Out on the App Store.

The app license

Your use of the Muster Out app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. It licenses the app for use on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's Usage Rules.

Trial and subscriptions

• At launch, choose monthly or annual. Eligible subscribers get a 7-day free trial, then Apple bills $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year until canceled. Apple shows the price for your country before you confirm.
• Apple charges your Apple Account when the trial ends, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings, where Apple handles all payments and refunds.
• If your subscription ends, your plan stays readable on your device. Editing and new reminders need an active subscription.

What Muster Out is and isn't

Muster Out is an unofficial planning tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Defense, the Department of the Navy or the Marine Corps. References to the Marine Corps, its offices and its orders describe the subject of the app and imply no endorsement.

It is not legal, financial or medical advice. Dates in the app come from your entries and from the sources shown on each step, and rules and local procedures change. Confirm dates and eligibility with IPAC and the office named on each step before you act on them. You are responsible for your own decisions, requests and deadlines.

This website and the waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and puts you under no obligation. We will tell you when the app is on the App Store. We do not promise a launch date, a price or features beyond what the App Store listing shows at launch.
• Use the forms on this site only for yourself, with an address you control, and never with other people's information or to disrupt the site.
• The screens shown on this site are design previews with fictional data. Final screens may change.
• Site content is general information and may change without notice.
